we only have to have three or four inches of snow and the whole country comes to a halt...lol love the boots my new ones due next week.

Thanks Gilli. I use as a planter each year. Not successful last year, this year its getting an overhaul. :-) The front wheels rusted out and someone threw it out. Its just right cause it can drain through those holes, I just have to keep it propped on those broken wheels. I enjoy it.
