wow - this is lovely! i have quite a few Rhododendrons that a bought last year, so have'nt seen them in full bloom yet, they have lots of buds on and looking at yours is getting me all excited! lol

They seem to do great in our soil ~ and if you have buds on yours after a year... yours will do as very well too :-)
