I didn't ask at the time, but I think it must be one of the 'Show' gardens, at one of the big gardening shows. I can see a tent top left. It really is beautiful.

sigh, still waiting for my lottery numbers to come up! Bit late in the day for me too earn it by honest toil, too much hard work to marry it, too risky to try stealing it.
