Are you issued with sandbags? I had to have them for a while here but not for the last few years.

No - but husband does have plans in place in case we need to do something quickly. Our Council is not pro-active, Gee!

Rain has stopped this morning - so we are hoping that the water starts to go back down!

If yours is anything like ours - the water subsides as quickly as it rises.

Yes - it's true, Dawn. We were very surprised that the melting snow off the Quantock Hills hasn't raised the level, though. It is almost back to its normal level now, thank goodness!

Pleased for you Spritz, our brook is back to normal today too :-)
