He was spotted because of a stray cat who kept looking at the tree-branch he was perched on. And that stray cat was fed free cat food for two weeks for his great discovery. My friend said this owl looked like one of her cats. :) I agree with Holly he looks a little like a monkey. A cute one..

He does look like a little money and he has such sad eyes. Love the picture.
