Oh wow, I just asked a question for where to get hold of these in UK because they remind me so much of Singapore, absolutely gorgeous scent, we had them all over the estate I lived in. (Thanks Milky for your suggestion and hope yours flowers this year)

I just saw your question Norfolk. They grow everywhere in Singapore (parks, public estate as well). Doesn't seem to be a fussy plant that needs alot of attention..but what do I know..lol ..check out this website http://www.plumeria101.com.
