Does anyone know what this spiky little one might be? - found it growing in the nursery when I started clearing out in there today?.

Thanks Irish and Marguerite - I'm really stuck with this one. I have no idea where it came from and it has a most unusual growth habit, snaking around like that!

It ought to be called the Snake Cactus :o)

Bernieh:
It looks like a species of Euphorbia or if not, in the Euphorbiaceae family.

Thanks for the suggestion Delonix. I will do a bit of research and see what I can find out.

Don't know what it is but looks like a crooss between a cucumder and a snake! Sorry, I guess that wasn't very helpful!

Paul isn't sure whether to eat it as salad, or sit cross-legged and play tunes to it. :o)

I agree ~ whoever Paul is. Lol.

Me, that's who Paul is! I'll have to take the first option TT as I think my back and legs are too sore to sit cross legged!!!! Hard days work in one of my customer's gardens today. It came as a bit of a shock after taking it relatively easy over the winter!

Yes, the first full day's work on the garden after winter does exhaust you, and I reckon even more so when working for someone else. Have a hot bath :o)
