I'm jealous! LOL! A Cyrtostachys renda - Lipstick Palm...beautiful!
I wish I could grow this palm here...however, it's just a dream. Lipstick Palm is the most tender palm in the World. They must have very high temperatures all year. (they will die if the temps. go below 63 degrees / 17.2 degrees C. even for a very short period of time)

Thanks Delonix, I have a three young plants growing alongside this one, but I am not sure whether to dig them out and repot them or just leave them as they are, because the last time I tried one it didn't survive :-(

I would assume that when they have enough roots and get a little larger...you may carefully remove a side plant. However, it's speculation on my part because I have never grown this palm.
