My 1st Butterfly Photo 2009

Lovely photo jacque....... i have seen a couple of butterflies out over the weekend......

We had a frost again this morning so I don't think they'll be around here for a while! What a lovely surprise for you.

No butterflies as yet..but seen a ladybird

Iv seen a few b4 today Holly but i didnt have my Camera with me luckly today i did ;) Had a Lite Frost here this Morning 2 Gee i thought id of lost my Plants in The Nursury Bed id Built few wks back But their all goodthank Goodness :)

O i love Lady Birds Deida saw lots in My Garden last yr :)

Slow down Milky we don't want summer just yet. Let's enjoy the spring first. Great picture of a Small Totoiseshell (Aglais urticae). I've seen a couple of ladybirds but no butterflies yet. Well spotted Jacque.

I have a small digital camera which I carry on my belt all of the time Jacque so it is always with me, but I know it is more difficult for you ladies. Keeping a camera in one of those cavenous handbags (purse for Cat) you would never excavate it from beneath your phone, slap, tissues, sweets, car keys, dog food, crisp packets and all the other toot you seem to need to carry around in time to photograph even a runaway snail. I guess it's better you carrying in yor hand or, as your now move in the circles of the elite (posh potting tray), have you butler do it.

Great pic Jacque,I,ve had visits daily from huge bee since snow went and spotted ladybirds but no butterfly as yet.Pleased your plants are ok......

Speaking to an aquaintance tonight, he has told me that he has seen a peacock butterfly, but I've still seen none.

Must be the Sunshine we had Hywel making them feel all warm :) Glad u like the Pics Tasety as i always enjoy your own Photos:D Thats a good idea Toto having it on our belt My Camera is a bit 2 large for a Belt its on a Neck strap so it does get carried about still :) I love the Big Bumbles&Lady Birds 2 Lin &its great2 know their also about :)Plez`d like the Pic Aleyna,Norfolk,Andy&Jill, A Peacock Butterfly! not seen 1 of those about myself Toto but i did see yllow Butterfly Yesterday Morning fly over my fence & over my laural trees ? Never seen 1 of those b4? :)

Sounds as though we are a bit behind in the butterfly department but I'm sure we will get some soon. I hope!
