When is best time to take cuttings Terra?
8 Mar, 2009
I confess there was no planning or logic to my system.
I just cut off some pieces during the summer and pushed them into compost in a pot. Law of averages ~ some sprouted.
However, I think I was a bit too eager to plant them in the ground. The one which survived and has become a little shrub is in well-drained soil ( a lot of shingle in that flower bed ).
I hope this helps.
I'm sure the experts would advise you differently. Lol.

This is pretty.
I have this from my mother's garden after she died.
And I made a cutting from it, so I have a second plant. :o)
