Rhododendron 'Praecox'

Rhododendron 'Praecox' (Rhododendron 'Praecox')

If you like your pink flowers soft and gentle, look away now. Small rhodo with bright magenta pink flowers on a bush up to four feet tall. Tolerates sun as long as the roots are kept cool and moist. Trim after flowering to keep the plant compact. Not for a cold area as the flowers are not frost hardy (I lost them all to frost last year)

That's a very early one, Andrew. Takes a risk with our weather, doesn't it?

Andrew, I think I've got this. Took a photo this afternoon but I haven't got a name on mine. If I put a pic. on perhaps you can identify for me. Thanks PamD.
