These guys are quite chunky now, nearby fields have smaller lambs, some even only days old. The farmers ovbiously breed them at different times.

I don't eat any meat Nelke. Haven't for 20 years now and definitely couldn't now I live with these in fields next to me!

I only started eating fish again 3 years ago. I had real cravings which I eventually gave in to. When I spoke to a herbalist about it she said that during the menopause we ladies need more protein than at any other time of life. I was eating other sources of protein, but she said that my body was telling me it was not getting enough good quality protein. Interesting, isn't it?
