What a delicate little beauty, did you set off any alarms? I've never heard it go off despite people touching them. Its difficult not to sometimes especially when you bend over to look at them closeup!

I don't have any alpines at all but spent a long time looking at the wonderful plants when I visited last year. They are so delicate and despite their size, really shine out. I only wish I had a greenhouse that I could set aside just to start a collection.
I'll just make do with looking at your lovely pictures.
