Sticky, but I still find it a pleasure with a good sharp scissor. My grandmother has always had these along the porch. Feels like a visit to the old ranch, the scent. This combo is gorgeous.

Yes I'll have to use scissors, usually I end up dead heading when I'm busy doing something else, then forget what I was supposed to be doing ........LOL!

I do the same thing Janey, lol :) So many things to tend to in the garden it's easy to get side-tracked. I got a trailing petunia like the dark one on the right and I was potting it up and deadheading a few and it wasn't sticky...perhaps another thing they've remedied in the lab :)

Might be one of the new ones. Seems the wave petunias are different, developed to trail and really grow. The uprights are still all glue. (I have to keep a special set of scissor next to them when I forget and have to wander back). I'm trying a new border Idea with them this year, this color combo is my inspiration! :-)

They are gorgeous .....just think of all that dead heading though when they're so sticky...........:o(
