Autumn in Oz - second round of seeds already sown and growing.

More snapdragons, nasturtiums and portulacas as well as gazanias, phlox and (for the first time) some wildflowers - hoping these go well.

These look good.
If I leave exposed compost such as this in my garden, the birds turf it all out, along with the plants, and use it to line their nests ! :o(

These TT are all in the greenhouse with the shadecloth roof, so they're safe from our birds and most other wildlife.

The birds do the same to mine too. I now cover my seed trays and pots with a net to keep birds off.
