Hi Gilli, hows the shrub planting going. Tref.

Slowly, Tref. I've finished putting in the edging on two beds and amended the soil in both with my massive compost collection. I still have one huge pile of compost to shift and one more bed to put in. So, the shrubs and plants are still waiting..... :o( Mind you, my new job is cutting into my gardening time. LOL

Sounds like heavy work Gilli rather you than me. work always gets in the way of the garden doesn't it. I bought a red goosebery the other day and a white camelia. I have also built the surround for the veg bed extention and have planted peas yellow french beans, maris piper and purple duke potatoes in it. I have also potted seeds for the following : - tomato, Bell peppers, Two types of radish And two types of carrot 1 Long and the other spherical over the last week, so all in all i've been a very busy chappy. (Havn't Stopped). Tref.

You have been working hard. Hope everything flourishes for you.

And hopefully you will have shifted all that compost soon and be able to have a bit of a rest after all that back breaking digging. Tref.
