Aha, Milky now I remember.... I have one of these. It is in a pot by Dan's shed. I had forgotton what it was called.

My one is kind of leggy and was going cheap at Longacres Bagshot.

I have it well supported and it is flowering beautifully now. Hooray I can name it in my garden.
