Does it really only get 3" high? x 8" (that's short, don't ask me cm! pls) Is it a perennial for you? Says zone 9-10 here which is FL. How about in a pot? And fragrance? mm

Yes, only a few inches high and wide - it should be cut back after flowering to prevent it becoing straggly. It is growing in well-drained soil in full sun and survived -8C last winter. Excessive winter wet is more dangerous than cold. The flowers are not fragrant but the foliage has a sort of lemony smell if brushed
