lovely spritz, i used to have a big black and white Arisarum with lime centre it was an upright one and some little pink and white stripey ones, i did'nt dig them up when i left my last garden - they were underground and dormant at the time and i forgot all about them - i have had them on the wish list ever since can't seem to find them anywhere :-( lovely to see these ones

I think that's because it wasn't an Arisarum, Angie! Check out 'Arisaema' - as far as I know, the Mouse plant is the only one of the genus, apart from a glasshouse one.

Hope I'm right - then you might find one!

Yes, in my garden, it's hardy. The RHS reckons it is as well. Go on with you! Birtie surely wouldn't try anything with it, would he???? After all, it doesn't SMELL like a mouse, does it? Or move like one??

I really don't put anything past that silly cat! Honestly, she jumps on nothing at all and then goes racing around the garden like a mad thing. At the moment she's facinated with the netting I put over the veggie patch to KEEP HER OFF! Naughty Birtie-birts.......

Umm. Try giving her a piece of garden of her own... - netted! LOL.

I'm hoping the novalty of it will wear off soon......

Thanks Barb, i think you may be right, i'll look that one up. i have just revamped the woodland bed again, was'nt all that happy with some of the planting, not too mention Brooke could'nt get across the stepping stones easy as they were too far apart, all sorted now so some of these would look great mingled in somewhere :-)
