Hi TT - I'm pretty sure the tall variegated shrub in the background (to the right of the photo) is an enormous 'dracaena reflexa'. The upright purple plant in the tubs looks like 'cordyline australis purperea'. I'm not sure what the other plants in the tubs are - but they are definitely varieties of the same plant as they all had the same type of leaf.

I thought I may have been seeing things when I saw that Dracaena reflexa. That's the largest and fullest one I've ever seen...and I've seen many, many of these plants growing around. I've never even seen one this full in Hawaii.
Very impresssive Dracaena reflexa!

Delonix I wanted to ask the staff if I was right - I searched for ages to find someone and when I did, she was telling some Japanese tourists that they are so proud of this because they think it's the largest in Australia!

Bernieh:
I'm sure if it isn't the largest in Australia is close to the largest. I've seen some large specimen here...however, nothing so wide and full...It blows my mind! It should be documented in a book.
