Qucik message bought another hardy fuchsia magilenica golden mountain.

For £1.59 and they had a beauty Dorothy Clive but it was £3.59 did not buy it.

Did you grow that standard or did you buy it? It looks really lovely!

I trained my Fuchsia standards so that their heads would be just above the railing around the balcony aprox. 1 metre (3ft). I have never had them blown over by the wind but the wind does "burn" the the tips & the leaves but there is little I can do about it. They no longer have a round head but only half a head as the branches on the windward side were killed by a strong wind a few years ago. Now I turn them around so the half head points outwards over the balcony railings!
