Really lovely Fuchsia - shame about the name though! Til I saw the name I thought it was one I had growing on my balcony for a couple of years. Except mine had UPRIGHT facing flowers! Very unusual for a Fuchsia! I must look among my photos of Fuchsias I've grown to see if I ever took a photo of it - I'm pretty sure I did. If I do find a photo of it I'll upload it here so you can see it.
