New rose in front garden. (Rosa)

I was surprised when I saw this rose open. The bud was yellow/orage. The rose is red with amn almost white centre. It's very nice. Does anyone know it's name? You can see a yellow bud next to the rose!

looks a bit like 'Nostalga' - sorry Chris but not sure if that is spelt right, there are others that have red/orange on the outside and cream/white inside, i'll have a look for you and come back.
