Thank you all for commenting! I love the range. The big ones are each about 19,000ft peaks. My elevation is only 600. And they are about 100 miles+ away. I'm still looking for that perfect alpineglow shot. Mt Mckinley is in this range but not very showy from this angle. Thats the largest peak in North America and longest rise top to bottom in the world.

Thank you. I sure hope to get more of this range. I was in Denali visiting over the weekend so more mountain shots to come, once I resize them so they fit here. :-)

That looks awesome! Just 7 more months and I can see that for myself. Well, given there's enough sunlight but it'll be winter by then...hmm.

These peaks get sun year round. This is best time of year for this view, since the snow remains in alpineglow but the world is green. I'm still awaiting the photo where the snow catches the color of a fiery sunset.....
