Hi Spritz...How's Henry these days? Phalenopsis orchid. sometimes called moth orchid..I have two, one is white, this is the other. couldn't resist a "What's this?" pic. I think I have a post of the whole flower.

the parts of this flower are suggestive of many things,,,but, I think that there is a concorde jet taking off...do you see the nose tilted down? Or perhaps that's a birds head...hovering over a orange/gold flower...
