Using the whiskey barrel and a few other containers as catch alls when a few stray plants are left, in they go. I put my tallest returning dianthus in the center as well, turns out it red and yellow, my favorite one!

Thanks. :-) I like the deep barrel for long lasting bigger plants, i hope they pour right over the side. :-) I've a few places to put strays this year, and its really working out well.

I have some of these too. I find them really good because I have terrible soil. They also look great!

Thanks all! :-) I love the whiskey barrels, nice old look, and such a big size, you can put in anything. I had pumpkin in it last year. I've got to get more. Once the garden is established. :-)
