It's my first year trying alliums so I've never considered it, but now I am. Have you guys done this?

I haven't as yet but am considering it. My favourites for drying are Helichrysum and Statice. Both keep their colour really well. Have you tried them Pansy? Do the heads keep their colour or is it just the shape that you go for?
