Yes it does D1... I know that iris is one of the ingredients in Vera Wang's "Princess" fragrance. The root of the iris (orris root - or more accurately, a powder made from the root) is used to give staying power to a fragrance. but the aroma of the blossom is heavenly. (wouldn't you know~ I'm allergic to orris root or certain fragrances in which it is prevalent!? I sneeze my head off.) Thanks Bernieh!
