Small Royal Palm and many cycads planted on the left side entrance to the Botanical Building, Balboa Park, San Diego, CA.
Just planted today June 17, 2009.

Things are constantly changing in Balboa Park. There's always new interesting exotics being planted.
And yes, there's many sections of Balboa Park that most tourist don't see which is not connected to central section of the park.

Its different from how i remember Balboa park was last 10 yrs ago now .
Mind you this is a small part of one big park
