I love them Wagger, and have lots this year plus the Alba....:o)

And flower for ages - if you deadhead them, BB.
Just so cheerful. I think I may have lost the alba last winter, Janey but they're easy from seed.

I have just aquired a new one as I lost the old one I had. They are lovely flowers and give a nice bright uplift to any planting area.

It's the first time I've had one come through the winter here, Toto. It's a pretty short-lived plant anyway so I always keep some seed and a few youngsters. Perhaps it would be better treated as a biennial, what do you think? I know I wouldn't be without it.

I agree Wagger. I've never had one come through a winter so, as far as I'm concerned I will save seed and sow them every year from now on.

Oh, sorry boys, all mine weathered the winter...I was hoping they would flower last year, but no....they're all flowering now....:o)

Typical woman eh! Wagger. They have all the luck.

'scuse me!!!!! Being of the feminine gender myself I refuse to put any of our many gardening successes down to luck or our gender. Back in your box, Toto. Smack, smack.

What I meant to say was that other women had all the luck! Your personal gardening skills were never in doubt.
