As we live next to a church, we often have wedding and funeral cars parked opposite but this was the first time I'd seen a Victorian carriage with horses and black plumes! Hope you don't mind me showing it to you.

There's a church down from us and we see these from time to time. I love to see the horses. The ones we see have a dark purple velvet cloth hanging down the horses sides. The horses have to be very brave here to cope with the city traffic. What a way to go...

The horses look well groomed though.

Interesting the different way people choose to go! The horses are lovely though.

Beautiful turn out, I'd like them for my last journey, although I can understand how you feel Hywel, it to makes me shudder but admire at the same time - if thats possible?
