My favourite lily, with L. formosanum, var. pricei ( the little one)

OH yes Vincent... I have 3 formosanum 'pricei'..they're lovely...well actually 2... my neice 'pinched' one on me...i love how the flowers look too big for the plant somehow....:>)

beautiful I love white lilies some how some of mine have not come back up

I think the wet gets them, Morgana. In clay, they seem to do best when competing for moisture during winter.

Lilies don't like sitting in cold, waterlogged soil over the winter. If your soil is really heavy, put a couple of handfuls of horticultural grit under each bulb when you plant them to aid drainage
