Penstemon(Rubicundus) in my front garden border alongside one of my treasured toadstalls. These were made from Oak(top) and hazel(stems) from Norsey wood in Billericay. I love these as they are much taller than many I've seen, and a bit different. Also in shot (background) Dahlia kelvins Floodlight and Polemonium(Jacobs Ladder at front.

They are a nice colour Preeti but they were put in this border by mistake as I used to try and keep this side of the garden predominantly Yellow, blue and white. I reckon they had the wrong label on them when I bought them!

I stick to those colour combinations in floral arrangements, but I think in nature there are no strict rules..coz they are beautiful just as they are.
