It's an Osteospermum 'Pink Whirls'. It is an evergreen subshrub (according to my book which might not apply to your area!) grows to around 40cm tall and will last through the winter so long as the temp doesn't get below -2 C

They are cool looking. Yes, It is an osteospermum fruticosum. I tried growing it from seed I gotten in a trade a few years ago with no success, and I wound up finding them at Walmart of all places two years ago. They are a cool weather annual for us Diohio, so look for them in early spring in your area. They resent my hot humid summers.
