This pine is native to a small area called Torrey Pine State Park located on a coastal bluff in San Diego, CA.

I'll be posting some pics of sausage trees soon... as most probably haven't developed the sausage-like seed pods yet. They need the hot and humid weather to develop the fruits...which we have just started getting in the last couple of weeks.
