It looks like Campanula latifolia or latifolia var. macrantha. (but I could be wrong)

Looks great Spritz, and really stands out against your saliva. I agree with Wagger, it looks like Campanula latifolia var. macrantha. That variety has upright facing bells.

They are S. nemorosa 'Mainacht', Dd, or S. n. 'Ostfriesland' - I have both in that border and they are pretty similar. I love them!
