I planted three clumps of supposedly purple ones this year - they are in bud! I hope they aren't a disappointment.

These were already here when we came - I've only planted a few more white ones and the new 'purple' ones...I hope! Oh, and a red one called 'Little Red Riding Hood'!

Sure is a beauty Spritz. This looks like the one that goes by the name 'Franz Schubert', here in the States. You are going to love 'Little Red Riding Hood'. It's about as close as you can get to a true red phlox. Fingers crossed on your purple ones too !...:-)

Oh dear - such a disappointment! My gorgeous purple Phlox have begun to flower - deep pink. :-(

I rang the Nursery and they are going to refund my money as long as I send them a photo - which I will!

thats a good company then. I had a wonderful red one called starfire but it fizzled out after just 2 seasons :o(

I really, really wanted purple Phlox...I'll have to try again next year.
Why did yours disappear?

dont know it didnt regrow in the spring. the label is still in the ground 2 yrs on just in case it is playing deveils. not holding my breath though.

What a shame. :-(
