Must admit i know how he feels, sometimes my back kills me, got to stage if i go to doctors with it, he winds me up asking me what i've done to agravate it, 9 times out of 10 he his right i've got spondalouses( is that how you spell it), and i should think before i do something as the least of things can trigger it off.

Like i say it can be bad, but if you watch what you do its not to bad, really its using your common sence, not that i have much to start with, but its simple things like making sure you bend proper to pick thinks up ect.

yes i can imagin clarice, but we dont always think about how we stand or bend or move especially in the garden

Thats true,sometimes when i do things wrong i know then i fall out with myself for being stupid and not thinking.

we all do things we feel angry with ourselves after clarice, i have to be carefull with my neck and shoulder and hands/wrists, repetative strain after years of hairdressing, not good
