opposite arch seat looking mysterious actually a path to nowhere with a log seat at the end!

we cut a pathway through the trees and laid a pine needle path and put a fallen log as a seat at the end, lovely when the bluebells are out only snag i get bitten to bits with midges!
love it though

I bet when the sun shines through the leaves and makes lovely patterns on the pine pathway, and the birds are singing, and the flowers are blooming you could be anywhere your heart desired.

tee hee :o))) don't love getting bitten :o(( but do love the spinney path and your description is just spot on thats why i love it in there!
citronella candles keep off the midges in the evening!

Oh they are wonderful things we have just bought six of the twirly shaped ones 'coz they were a two for one offer at Wilkinsons and they only had six left :o))) We also have two metal 'Tiki' style torches that burn Citrionella oil but we hav'nt yet tried those.

wilkinsons here i come - well tomorrow! not tried oil ones either just loads of nightlighty ones in pots!!
you can just see two on the arch seat i you look close!!!

ah well wilkinsons sold out here too so boo then i went to matalan for other stuff and they had some bamboo torches with citronella in glass holders 3 for 2 so happy daysafter all however no need of them this evening torrential rain earlier so rather damp up there now maybe tomorrow
