thanx eileen, might try to bring it in closer then can see bees better,,
just posted a closer pic, not sure if they are bees or wasps, have striped bodies

I just Googled and found that they are what is called paper wasps they can build something like that anywhere and they are very agressive, so good job you did'nt get too close.
