Main flowerbed revamped

Today I overhauled my main "bird feeding" flowerbed with a thorough weeding, organic amending, and a nice 1 1/2 inch layer of organic mulch to keep the weeds from coming back. It took about 4 hours to do and required 8 cu. ft. of red mulch. Thank God that the afternoon project received nice "wifey approval! I was really pleased with the new look.. :-)
Total cost? About 20 bucks.. Gotta love it!

Ooh that looks lovely.
There's nothing nicer than a tidy/newly mulched bed or border .....
