Mountain Fire Bush

Here is my mountain fire bush... it is a slow grower, planted last fall. It is an evergreen and the new growth is bright red. I love the color it adds to that corner.

Wow, I think mine is even smaller than this one ! Another common name for it is Lily of the Valley bush. I can see yours has buds on it..........so does mine.

you have yourself a stunning plant there Lainedru - i have one which is rather old and stands about 7ft tall - have a look in my garden under 'Pieris' - and you will see what a treat you are in for!
