Mini moth on chamomile

It is a tiny one :-)

So small Jacque not really noticed such a tiny moth out during the day see a lot of those Cinnabar moths and caterpillars as we get quite a bit of ragwort which they love.

Aye Dawn the flower no bigger than a daisy so really very small.If you get the chance do look at Flowercrazys Hickory horned devil caterpillar its a monster !

I'll look at FLC's caterpillar now.

Spooky as she lives near a town called Hickory thought they were breeding there but gets its name from feeding on hickory leaves.

That caterpillar is amazing, so it turns into the regal moth

It is a Nettle Tap Moth ! Thanks to Grammazoo for I D ! Makes sense as our huge clump of stinging nettles are not far away,and that is apparently the host plant !
