Yes it was Janey , I saw several of these I began to wonder if it was to tell people that a baby was due in the house or if it,s just something they do !

I wonder if it was to do with open gardens or something like that? In our village we have scarecrows at the homes with open gardens.

..... LOL ... I thought you knew it was fake ... the villages didn,t have their gardens open , I don,t know why they do it , I didn,t ask mainly because nobody seemed to be about and also I woudn,t have understood what they were saying .... LOL...
