This is growing in quite a shady position, but is flowering well this year - I think the wet winter suited it.

I have two clumps and they have gone mad this year. Ten spikes on one, over twenty on the other!

I was very surprised to see a mass planting of these on a roundabout on my journey to Worthing today ... seems an unusual choice!
