Agave americana  (Agave americana (Century plant))

This agave flower spike is leaning at my neighbor’s house. It popped up in March. This agave grows wild on the sides of the mesas here. Photo Dec. 1, 2023.

That’s the common size for the flower spikes, 30 to 35 ft tall (10 to 12m).
