This is my favourite Japanese anemone. Needless to say, it's not as vigorous as most

Move the smaller ones or reduce the bullies. Repeated application of a systemic weedkiller will eventually get rid of stubborn roots

That's an attractive Japanese anemone.
Prettier petals than the more common types.
Good one, Andrewr.
What's the best solution for those that are a bit too vigorous, please?
Just dig up the smaller ones?
