Choisa..... (Choisya ternata (Mexican orange blossom))

Took a battering this last winter,knocked down in the snow, the frost had a go at it, but it is a mass of flowers.

they are such beautiful shrubs aren't they? I also like the philadelphus area. you get the same golden foliage and the heavenly scent of the flowers. Only problem with it is it doesn't do well in strong winds whereas these will take a fair battering.

Karen we have the Philadelphus but we moved it last year and slit it up so the daughters could have some, it is now 6ins high lol...as you say these are as tough as old boots....
