Yes, it was a very productive tree. It's too bad it died, as it was 17 years old. It produced seed last year which fell to the ground. With all the rain this winter many small seedlings popped up in the ground (which is common). I now have two small seedlings (the rest were eaten by snails).

Great crop on this photo as well at least it served you well for 17 years we feel lucky here if our plants last that long but sad you lost it.

Yes, it did live 17 years. I do have some seedlings so that's good. :>))
