Crocus tommasinianus

Now these are lovely and they remind me to get some from my mother's garden on Wednesday, when I go to get the snowdrops etc. Thanks for the reminder :o)

I went today and got lots of snowdrops. Only a few crocuses. I couldn't dig them - there were so many brambles etc. It was impossible. I got a big red astilbe and green hellibore too lol

Well - that's something, anyway! :-)

Love to see them but do not grow them the birds play havoc with them.....

They peck my yellow ones, not the purple! ;-))

How peculiar.......

Last year they almost wrecked my yellow violas in the gate trough! I got really upset about it. They've left the amber ones alone, thank goodness. :-)
